In order to make things simple for you, Homewish are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders to the UK Mainland, Monday to Friday.
There are a few instances where a small delivery charge may need to be applied; however these are the exception not the rule. If your delivery address is subject to an additional charge you will be notified as soon as we receive your order. Alternatively you may wish to contact us before you make your purchase.
Please note: Next day delivery is subject to stock availability. If an order cannot be delivered the next day, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the problem.
If the furniture is either damaged or has missing parts, please inform the driver and note the issue down on the delivery note.
There is an area within the delivery section for special delivery instructions, please feel free to use this section to let us know if you have special requirements.
Although we will do our best to fulfil the indicated delivery times, there may be some occasions when we may be unable to do this. We will however keep you informed and sort any problem as efficiently as possible.
A selected delivery date is by no means a guarantee that the goods will be delivered on that date. We will always do our best to deliver on the chosen date.
Items that are faulty or damaged (that can be seen without opening the packaging) must be signed for as 'damaged' clearly next to your signature , once the item has been signed for, you have confirmed that the item was received in good condition and you will not be covered by our Faulty goods returns policy. This is only applicable where the damage can be seen from outside the packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original, unopened, packaging with any enclosed documentation.
- You must notify us by email that you wish to return the product/s.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- We may offer to arrange for the goods to be collected and brought back to us; the goods still remain the customer's responsibility until we have received the goods and inspected them, and any damages in transit, will be the customers liability.
- We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges).
- Original delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy, we reserve the right to:
- Not refund or exchange the product;
- Retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
